IT specialist in data and process analysis

Do you find data-driven process analysis and making business processes measurable very interesting? Then this is the apprenticeship for you!

IT specialists in the field of data and process analysis examine existing work and business processes on the information technology level. On this basis, business processes can be improved and new business models developed. This is why the basics of programming are learned. For further analysis, you will be trained in the fields of machine learning and big data. You will make data accessible over interfaces and link them to BI systems. All interfaces and data analyses must be structured from the vantage points of IT security and data protection.

Programme term: 3 years

Our internal departments need your expertise for their daily work.

• Develop and create IT solutions
• Analyse security requirements on IT systems
• Instruct customers in the use of products and services
• Merge operation- and production-management business processes at the company
• Analyse data sources, check authorisation for data use and the provision of data
• Get to know the processes and tools for the analysis, preparation and evaluation of data
• Use data to optimise work and business processes, as well as digital business models
• Create user, access, data management and security concepts

What’s expected of you:

• Good secondary education qualifications, general or specialised school-leaving qualification (“Abitur”)
• Good to very good knowledge of maths and ICT
• Good commercial understanding
• Good knowledge of English
